Our Design Process
There are five stages to go through when it comes to our landscape design process. We'll work with you each step of the way to gather feedback to help create the outdoor space you've been dreaming of. Let's work together to turn your Kansas City yard into an incredible oasis.
1.Initial Consultation-In our initial consultation, we will talk with you about the vision for your project, assess the space, and go over the timeline and budget. We will also learn about your intended use for the space that best matches your lifestyle.
2.Site Analysis- During this stage, we examine the conditions of the area in hopes to identify any potential problems or opportunities. This may include taking measurements, a soil assessment, and observing sun exposure and drainage. We may also take photos at this time.
3.Conceptual Design-With the first two stages complete, we will take all of the information and data collected to create a conceptual outline of the project. This will be a starting point to get your input on the overall direction of the project, so it can be refined later.
4.Detailed Design- Once you approve the conceptual design, we will move into a more detailed design. This includes making notes of specific materials, plants, and other features we think would be best for your outdoor space. We will then present this to you for approval or any revisions before moving forward.
5.Installation- When we get final approval for the detailed design and a deposit for plant material, that's when the installation process starts and your vision begins to unfold. Our team will prep the site, and this stage can vary in length depending on project size or complexity.

Either guarantee does not cover care neglect (including but not limited to under watering, over watering, or mechanical damage) or damage caused by abnormal weather conditions, chemicals, animals, fire, flood, tornado, vandalism, theft, or other factors beyond our control.
